Housekeeper – part time
£12,414.65 (based on FTE of £23,556)
19.5 hours per week
Based in Evesham with travel to schemes based in Evesham and Broadway as required
About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our Facilities team, covering multiple schemes across the Evesham and Broadway area. This is a varied role where you’ll play a vital part in making sure our residents and colleagues enjoy safe, clean, and welcoming environments every day.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out high-quality cleaning of all communal areas in line with agreed standards and schedules.
- Maintain safe and tidy spaces to support the wellbeing of residents and staff.
- Follow all health & safety requirements, including COSHH and safe systems of work.
- Report any building or safety concerns to the Team Leader – Facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our organisation positively at all times.
- Work flexibly across different schemes, so no two days are ever the same.
About you:
- Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience.
- Awareness of health & safety practices, including COSHH and manual handling.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.
- Able to demonstrate our values: working together, making things better, and doing the right thing.
Additional Information:
- This role requires travel between schemes in the Evesham/Broadway area, so access to a car or reliable transport is essential.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required in line with safeguarding policies.
