Assistant Finance Officer
37 hours per week with hybrid working
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Finance Officer to join our Finance Team. Whether you're a college leaver, studying AAT, or looking to move into finance, we'll give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and build a rewarding career.
What you'll do
You'll support our Finance Team with a variety of activities, including:
- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Raising sales invoices and monitoring payments
- Helping resolve finance queries from colleagues and suppliers
- Reconciling accounts and financial records
- Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
- Learning how a busy finance department operates
What we're looking for
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
Previous finance experience isn't essential. What's most important is your enthusiasm, reliability and desire to develop a career in finance.
