This brand new development from Rooftop Housing enables people over 55 to enjoy an independent lifestyle in the heart of Broadway, with easy access to everything this historic village has to offer.

Set amidst a range of social and leisure facilities, these beautiful state-of-the-art homes have plenty of space for living, together with a host of thoughtful details to ensure that you are comfortable and secure.

Local Area

Set at the foot of the Cotswold Hills, in the heart of Broadway Village with its many delightful honey-coloured stone buildings, Parsons Gardens is part of a characterful yet vibrant centre where you'll discover a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and tea rooms, together with several fine historic buildings.

The Cotswold craft heritage is reflected in the many galleries, and in the Broadway Museum and Art Gallery, and the Gordon Russell Design Museum. Broadway also hosts events throughout the year, among them a horticultural show and a food festival.

Often referred to as the jewel of the Cotswolds with its mix of period houses, picturesque stone cottages and proud history dating back 2000 years, Broadway Village also offers you a perfect base to enjoy many beautiful walks and explore the breathtaking Cotswold countryside.
