We have now selected a preferred bidder as part of the procurement process for a new Repairs and Maintenance contractor.
It is our duty to ask for, and consider, the views of leaseholders before any decision is made. This is called a Section 20 consultation.
We know there will be lots of interest in who the contractor might be. For legal reasons we are not able to make any comment at the moment.
