We will soon start the search for a new contractor to deliver our property maintenance and estates services from July 2026.
We know from feedback that your needs for these services have changed in the 12 years since Platform Property Care (PPC) began delivering the majority of our repairs and maintenance in 2013.
PPC will work closely with Rooftop over the next 12 months to support a smooth and well-managed transition. At present, there will be no change to the day-to-day services.
We will be working with customers and colleagues to shape what we want the future service to offer in the months ahead. We will involve customers in this process and any decision on the future provider. We will also carry out formal consultation (called Section 20) with all leaseholders where this applies due to variable service charges.
Please continue reporting repairs for your home as usual.
If you have already reported a repair, you do not need to do anything. It will still be completed. The existing ways to report a repair will remain the same, as will the Rooftop staff and PPC (and other contractors)trades teams who deal with repairs.
