The Tenant Perception Survey measures how social housing landlords like Rooftop perform in areas like repairs, safety, and communication with customers and contractors. Responsive Repairs Phone Survey
- Rooftop measures how its repair contractors perform by asking customers who have recently had a repair what they thought of the service they received.
