From 5 October, we’ll be trialling Wyser ASSIST for four weeks.
Wyser ASSIST is an AI-assisted service that can record a telephone call or online meeting, turn the conversation into text and prepare a draft summary or case note.
The aim is to help our colleagues focus on you and the conversation, while making it easier to keep a clear and accurate record afterwards. It can also help our teams work more efficiently, giving them more time to resolve your enquiries and deliver services.
When you call us, we will ask you if you would like to take part in the trial. You can say no or ask us to stop. We will continue the conversation and make notes in another way. Saying no will not affect the service you receive.
