That’s why it’s vital to keep your annual gas safety appointment and allow our registered Gas Safe engineer to enter your home for the annual check.
When you receive your appointment letter, please check the date and time. Contact us at 0333 200 7305 or send email to gas@rooftopgroup.org if it is inconvenient for you. We will rearrange it.
During the check, our engineers will check gas pipework, flues, and the appliances we supply. They will visually check your own cookers and appliances in your property. They will advise you if there is any fault, so you can get it fixed.
