What do I need to
Register with MyRooftop?
To be able to use the MyRooftop App and Portal you need to have your current Tenancy Sequence Number and ensure that we have your current:
Date of Birth
Once you have registered you will receive an email to verify your account. You will need to verify your account to use the MyRooftop App and Portal.
If you cannot see an email in your inbox please check your junk folder.

The MyRooftop Portal
The My Rooftop Portal is like the app, only via our website. This is great if you prefer using a computer, or your browser to access services.
With MyRooftop Portal you can book repairs, see your rent balance and make payments, contact your Neighbourhood Officer, report ASB and more.
Once you have registered for MyRooftop Portal, you will be able to sign in to MyRooftop App too!
