About the role
We are looking for an organised individual to join us as a Senior Governance Officer on a maternity cover basis. In this role you will support the Head of Governance and Assurance and Governance Manager to ensure excellence in corporate governance and compliance. You will contribute to a customer focused and highly effective governance administration service in line with the organisation’s rules and regulatory requirements.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience producing clear and precise minutes in senior-level settings while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organisational skills are essential, particularly for coordinating complex meetings involving both internal and external delegates. Exceptional grammar, punctuation, spelling, and keyboard proficiency are required. A commitment to clarity, accuracy, and high-quality work is crucial, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality where appropriate.
