Location: Evesham

£22,374 per annum, 30 hours per week

About the role

As a Customer Contact Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers — in person and over the phone — providing a welcoming, efficient, and friendly service. You'll handle a wide range of queries, from repairs and maintenance requests to rent accounts, housing benefits, and general enquiries. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience, offering accurate advice, managing appointments, and supporting various operational processes. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our reception area, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and managing administrative tasks such as job tickets, work orders, and minor adaptations. As part of our wider housing team, you’ll help log complaints, handle social media feedback, and contribute to delivering high-quality service across the board. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for customer service.

About you

You are a natural communicator with a strong customer focus and a professional, approachable manner. You have previous experience in a busy office environment where resolving customer queries efficiently was a key part of your role. You are comfortable speaking to people, both over the phone and face to face, and are confident using IT systems to record and manage information accurately. You have experience in dealing with a range of customer enquiries, strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure as well as a collaborative approach that enables you to support both customers and colleagues.
