A new Customer Portal Coming Soon
A new resident portal which will work alongside our new Housing Management System will be arriving by Spring 2021. This will allow you access to all the information that you will need regarding your tenancy, including easy access to contacting your neighbourhood officer, making and adjusting your payments, keeping track of your repairs, changing your details and keeping hold of all important information. Sounds exciting? register your interest now and we will keep you informed of all new updates.

Your rent account
Please contact us if you would like a statement of your rent account. We will email you a copy within five working days of your request, or alternatively you can sign up to receive monthly statements from the beginning of each calendar month.
If you are struggling with your rent account our Money Advisors can provide help and support with getting the right benefit entitlements.
All repairs are grouped into various categories and we will give a target date for completion.
Every effort will be made to finish the work in the time specified, providing that we are able to access your property. You will be offered an appointment for urgent and routine work.
You can use our online service for minor repairs but please do telephone for anything else. You can also contact us for more information on the planned maintenance of your property.
