Parent or guardian responsibility
It is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to oversee the use of the Site by children and/or dependents. Users under the age of 18 must get consent from their parent and/or guardian before submitting personal information.
All phone calls in and out of Rooftop Housing Group are recorded to ensure we meet our quality standards and recordings may be used for training purposes.
Provision of online service

- Submit, upload or cause damage to the Site or its users’ computer systems, by uploading harmful viruses or other harmful files
- Misuse the Site for any unlawful purpose
Should a user of the Site break this code of conduct, Rooftop Housing Group Limited reserves the right to take appropriate action accordingly.
No waiver by us of any breach of these terms shall be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of them.
These terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms.
