When you become a resident you will be asked to sign an agreement, outlining your rights and responsibilities such as paying your rent, giving notice if you decide to leave as well as your right to confidentiality, representation and fair treatment. It is important that you read this carefully and ask if there is anything that you don’t understand.

You should also check when you move in how things like gas, electricity, council tax and TV licence are paid.

All of our properties have house rules, to help you and your neighbours live together peacefully. These include following fire safety procedures and reporting maintenance issues straight away.

What happens if i want to leave?

If you decide to leave the property, you need to give us notice and ensure that when you leave, your rent is paid up to date. We may be able to fill your flat very quickly, so you may not need to give as much notice. You should speak to your keyworker in the first instance.
