Telecare community alarms
Rooftop works with Worcestershire TeleCare, an alarm service that offers peace of mind and allows you to continue to enjoy an independent life, knowing that help is at hand at the press of a button. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so it doesn’t matter when you press the button – your call will always be answered.
How does the system work?
The TeleCare alarm system comes with an alarm unit and a pendant. The pendant can be worn or carried with you. If you have a fall or are in need of help anywhere in your home or garden, you simply press the pendant button, or the button on the alarm unit. You automatically trigger a call through your phone line to TeleCare.
What does it cost?
A limited number of TeleCare devices are free to people on certain benefits, while stocks last. Everyone else pays a small charge.
