Functional Fitness MOT
We offer a Functional Fitness MOT with three basic tests for suppleness, strength and stamina, & health chats to help with understanding of fitness levels & and give lifestyle improvement tips. This helps to
- Get and stay active
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Maintain a balanced/varied diet
- Maintain a positive mental state
The results will also help you decide if you want to join any of our classes or groups or join us a volunteer to assist the team.
