We have worked hard to maintain services as best as we can during the pandemic. Some repairs have taken longer than normal, and replacement kitchens and bathrooms have been on hold since the latest lockdown. It has also taken longer to answer calls due to the record numbers calling us – more than 14,000 repairs have been requested since July 2020.
We want to reassure you that we will get back to pre-pandemic service levels as soon as we can and are recruiting extra staff to help. The chart below explains how we plan to return to normal service levels in line with the Government roadmap.
This plan is for our general community homes. Those living in Older People’s Schemes and our Young People’s Housing will be getting specific plans for their homes.
