Following an In-Depth Assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing, Rooftop today welcomed confirmation that it has retained the highest ratings for governance and financial viability.
In-Depth assessments which are normally carried out every four years and involve a detailed review of how housing associations are managed and governed, and their overall financial circumstances.
Since receiving its last G1 V1 status in 2016, Rooftop Housing Group has been through structural and strategic changes, but has remained focused on excellent governance and financial planning.
The Regulator of Social Housing today published the ratings for Rooftop as G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability.
Group Chair Nicola Inchbald said: “We are pleased to have our gradings confirmed by the regulator. Our focus now is on supporting our customers and communities in in the light of the unprecedented challenges the country faces”.
