Our new Customer Strategy
The way we work with our customers is at the heart of what we do, and a lot of time is put in to make sure that we do the right things.
To get it right we need to start with a strategy... a strategy isn't the plan of what we are going to do, a strategy talks about long term goals that help us achieve what we set out to do... then comes the plan of how to do that.
We have a new draft Customer Strategy and we'd be really interested in what you think about it.
