Keeping us all safe

When you make an appointment with a Rooftop staff member you will get a confirmation letter. You will find this updated COVID-19 safety guidance on that letter.

To keep you and Rooftop staff safe you must read the following guidance before your appointment.

When your appointment was booked you will have been asked COVID-19 screening questions.

On the day of your appointment –

  1. We will call you to repeat the COVID-19 questionnaire, if it is no longer safe for the appointment to happen, we will cancel the appointment and arrangements will be made to book a new appointment.

  2. There should be no more than 2 adults in your home at the time of the appointment.

  3. The staff member will be wearing PPE (face mask, and disposable gloves) for the duration of the appointment.

  4. We request that you wear a face covering for the duration of the appointment.

  5. Before we enter your home, we will ask you to sign a declaration that you have not been displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and that you have not been in contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms.

  6. We will keep to the current Social Distancing guidelines, remaining 2 meters metres apart where appropriate.

Please do be aware that our member of staff may cancel the appointment on arrival if…

  1. You choose not to wear a face covering and cannot provide evidence that you are exempt from wearing one.

  2. There are more than 2 adults in the property.

  3. You refuse to sign the COVID-19 declaration.

  4. If they feel that their or your COVID-19 safety is compromised in any way.

Our priority is keeping you and our colleagues safe, and we need to do that together.
