How we coordinate all the interlocking services, from housing, to development, to income collection to our support services like our Health and Wellbeing team or the Domestic Abuse Support Workers?
In 2019 we ran a very successful pilot for the Rooftop Customer Training Academy. We wanted people like you to get an insight into what we do and how we do it, so that you can get involved in how we are governed and how we work with our residents.

2 people on the pilot have gone on to be part of out Resident Excellence Panel, which is the group that investigates how our services are being delivered and they make recommendations for change, and one of those people is now a fully fledged Rooftop Group Board Member and has just completed their first Housing qualification.
We are now running another Rooftop Customer Training Academy starting soon, and this time it will be digital only... because of the pandemic.
If you want to look behind the curtain and understand what goes on in Rooftop this is what you need to know.
It's an 8 week course of 8, 2 hour, online sessions
you will need a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone that is capable of video calling
the course covers the history of social housing, asset management, housing finance, models of governance and more.
the course is delivered by Rooftop's specialists in their subject
the course is completely free and graduates will receive a completion certificate at the end of the course.
