It is wonderful recognition of the hard work and customer-focussed approach of all our staff. It is also demonstrates to our residents that we are committed to delivering our promises.”
Group Chair, Nicola Inchbald added, “It is testament to the excellence that we strive for in all our business objectives, whether it is building new homes, improving the energy efficiency of existing homes or involving our residents in shaping our service provision. It really is a great honour and we shall use it as a spur to go onto even greater things.”
