Three new Board Members are joining Rooftop Housing Group, bringing high level skills to continue the crucial work of delivering homes to the people of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

The quality of applicants was outstanding, underlining how Rooftop is considered very highly in the sector and how the Group is striving forward and working tirelessly to make things better for customers in our region.

Paul Spooner has a background in planning, development and regeneration.  He led the development of England’s first new Garden City in over 100 years, has worked with the Homes and Communities Agency, and with government. Paul now runs his own consultancy providing advice on planning, development and regeneration matters.

Jonathan Wallbank is Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance at the Orbit Group.  His expertise of regulatory frameworks, robust financial management and management of risk will support Rooftop as we move forward to build good quality, affordable homes.

Colum Goodchild MBA is an environmental expert who works with Cadent Gas Distribution as Asset Strategy and Investment Programme Manager and is on the Operations Committee of County Durham Housing Group.
