Who can I talk to if I need help?

For some people, disclosing they are a victim of Domestic Abuse can be very difficult. We understand the barriers victims might face, so to help we run a confidential domestic abuse helpline that offers advice and information to people who want to talk through their options.

You can call the Domestic abuse helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number is 0800 980 3331 available for Men and Women.

There is also a dedicated Male helpline that runs on a Tuesday every week 11am-3pm, however we will get back to any messages left outside of that time as soon as we can.

What if I need to Flee?

We understand that victims may not feel safe and may need to leave their partner/family members quickly. In Worcestershire, Women’s Aid operate a safe refuge space for women and their children fleeing abuse.

Rooftop Housing Group also operate a safe-house provision that is open to men and/or women fleeing abuse with or without children.
