What we have done

1: Rooftop Bid 2015-18 AHP
The Rooftop bid was the result of known development capacity and current commitments, links to the emerging Development Strategy, and conversations with local authority partners to ensure that we met local needs and had their full support. The bid was submitted in April 2014, and the outcomes were announced in July. The schemes below reflect the programme which sits outside the NAHC programme.

2: Allesborough Farm, Pershore (2015-18)

An exciting new project with new partners Redrow Homes, providing 14 homes for rent.

3: Paul Street Phase Two

This project will see two homes for affordable rent, 11 homes for shared ownership sale built on the brown field site formally known as Norvilles. Paul Street lies within easy reach of Gloucester City Centre and is within an area of the city with a significant ethnic population from the Asian Continent, particularly India and Pakistan. This project also offers the opportunity through our developer partner, to construct and offer for sale eight homes, homes built to the exacting standards that we promote and an offer that will meet the needs of the local BME population.

4: S106 Unidentified (2015-18)

50 homes in our core development area of South Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, with 25 for rent and 25 for shared ownership.

5: Stoke Orchard S106, Tewksbury (2015-18)

S106 in Tewkesbury district with 11 homes for rent and 6 for shared ownership.

6: Stone Pitts, Phase 2 Inkberrow (2015-18)
The Private sector led development will provide 22 homes 12 rent 10 so Situated in one of the most sought after villages in South Worcestershire affordable homes for local people is at a premium. With this intervention we will be able to support the older people of Inkberrow to stay within their community.
