We have a Financial Inclusion Support Worker who will give you advice on a range of money matters including:
- how to create a budget plan and ensure you pay things like your rent, monitor your income and expenditure and show you ways to save money
- the different payment methods available such as direct debits and standing orders, bank accounts including savings
- credit, borrowing and credit unions and debt management
- benefits and entitlement and how to claim
Paying your rent
You need to make sure that you pay your rent regularly and on time. If you cannot pay your rent, you must speak to your Support Worker straight away, who will be able to advise you on what to do next, whether this is setting up a rent agreement with you or helping you to create a budget plan.
