What is Shine?

Shine is our floating support service for young people in Evesham aged between 16 and 25 years old. This service offers support and temporary accomodation, with three flats in Evesham.

We aim to help you develop the skills you need to lead an independent life, so we will:

  • help you find alternative and/or permanent accommodation
  • give you access to training, support and advice
  • work with you to develop a support plan tailored to your needs.

What support and advice can I get?

We aim to equip you with the life skills for independence and confidence, provide you advice about further education, training and employment, and help you plan how to achieve your goals. The types of things we can help you with are:

  • money management and budgeting advice
  • help to get into volunteering, work, study and learning support
  • household skills, including finding permanent accommodation, using home equipment and domestic skills
  • health advice
