How can I pay my rent?

There are a number of ways you can pay your rent:

  • direct debit: providing you are not receiving housing benefit, you can pay your rent every month directly from your bank account.
  • standing order: this is like a direct debit but you must contact your bank if any changes are needed
  • pay online: you will need your AllPay payment card and your debit card details - click here to pay online
  • at an allpay paypoint: you can pay by cash or debit card and will need your allpay payment card

If you have lost your allpay card, please contact us and we'll send you another. Please note, we do not accept rent payments at our head office.
