Changes to how you pay your rent

Rooftop Communications Team
January 29, 2024

From April, you will no longer be able to pay your rent using Allpay. Instead, we are introducing PayPoint. PayPoint does everything that Allpay does, but is a more convenient and accessible payment method.

The new payment solution enables you to access your payment information 24/7 and you will be able to pay your rent at over 28,000 PayPoint locations across the U.K., including local convenience stores, supermarkets or even corner shops.

If you prefer to pay at a PayPoint location, we will provide you with information before the switchover happens. Please note that you cannot use an Allpay payment card to pay rent once the changeover takes place.

Speak to us about alternative ways that make it easier for you to pay, such as direct debit and automated card payments.

The transition from paying at a Post Office to PayPoint locations

Though PayPoint shares many of the payment locations as Allpay, the biggest change is that you will no longer be able to pay at a local Post Office.

Our team is here to support you through this transition. Below is a list of PayPoint locations nearest to the Post Offices you visit to make it easier for you to find where to pay. Alternatively, you can visit consumer.paypoint.com to find other PayPoint locations near you.
