Every one of our 5,000+ households is sent a free copy.
The magazine includes advice, features, important information, stories, games and competitions. We try to make it interesting and informative for all of our readers.
Our magazine carries the Plain English Campaign's 'Crystal Mark'. This means that the Plain English Campaign rates our magazine as reaching the highest standard of clarity, both in its language and design, and does not have any jargon, gobbledygook or other confusing language.
We are proud of the magazine but are always looking for ways to make it even better. Our Communications Panel, made up of residents and staff, meets up quarterly to look back at previous editions and to consider the content for forthcoming issues.
