We are part of the Matrix Housing Partnership along with Accord, Ashram, Caldmore, Trident and Trent and Dove, who are all midlands based housing associations.
Together our main goal is to access major development funding from the Tenant Services Authority. A major step towards this was securing development partner status in September 2005.
Forming this partnership has also meant that we are all able to share our knowledge and operate more efficiently, whilst maintaining our local community expertise. Together we form a partnership that is amongst the top 20 Registered Social Landlords in the UK, in terms of size.
