To help us improve our homes and our services, Rooftop have invited M.E.L. Research to carry out a resident satisfaction survey.
M.E.L. will send out over 2,000 confidential questionnaires to a random selection of residents. Face-to-face interviews will be carried out with a selection of residents who are not able to complete the postal questionnaire.
M.E.L. will provide us with a report about what we are doing well and how and where we need to improve. All of our Matrix partners are undertaking the same survey so we will be able to compare our results against theirs. We'll share the results with residents as soon as we can.
M.E.L. interviewers will show identification and a letter of authorisation from us if they call at the home of any of our residents.
