We build and buy some of our new houses to sell as shared ownership, which is a great alternative to renting or private ownership. It will suit you if you have a regular income and want to buy your own home, but you can’t afford to buy a property outright on the open market.

Shared ownership allows you to buy part of your home and rent the rest from us, allowing you to get the home you want now. Then in the future, when you can afford it, you may be able to increase your share until you own the whole property.

Orbit First Step is the local Government HomeBuy agent for the Midlands region.  Orbit act as a one stop shop service to people interested in any of the HomeBuy schemes across the region.  Orbit will process your application to ensure your eligibility.
