Who are we?

We are a friendly, community based housing group providing 5,446 affordable homes and services primarily to people living in towns and villages throughout the Midlands. We were established in 1994 when Wychavon District Council transferred 4020 homes to us.

Our head office is in Evesham, but we also operate from Worcester, Pershore and Bishop’s Cleeve in Gloucestershire.

We primarily work in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire where there is a high demand for all types of housing and insufficient supply. Building more affordable homes in the area is a priority for us. We plan to have over 6150 homes by 2013. Our financial turnover is £20 million and we spend more than £6 million each year modernising homes and providing new ones.

Our relationship with our residents underpins everything we do. We work with our customer panels to make sure that we create a better environment for all our customers.

We are a not for profit organisation and are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority, a government body.
