How quickly are jobs done?
We try to respond to all repair requests in a reasonable time. All repairs are grouped into various priority categories and each job is given a target for completion. Although these targets are not legally binding, every effort will be made to finish work in the time specified, providing that access to the property is available. Heavy workloads because of frost, storm damage may occasionally cause delays. The category and priority given to your repair request will depend on how urgent it is.
